Chambers are professional organizations with legal personality and public institutions established to meet the common needs of their members, to facilitate their professional activities, to ensure the development of the profession in accordance with the general interests, to maintain professional discipline, ethics and solidarity in order to ensure honesty and trust in the relations of their members with each other and with the public, and to fulfill the services written in this Law and the duties assigned to the chambers by legislation.
